week :  saturday 16h to saturday 10h | week-end 2 nights: friday 18h to sunday 19h | week-end 3 nights :  friday 18h to monday 10 h | mid-week : monday 14 h to friday 10 h

Conditions
The booking is confirmed when we  receive  the contract signed with a cheque of 25 %  of the rent .
The balance of the hire (70 %)  will be due for payement at the arrival and  a damage deposit of 300€ will be payable in addition to the rental wich will be refunded after verification at the end of the stay.
